I only put the spear and archer house in trying a new
character, Livid only needs Suran Underworld ^___^ hehe

Awhile back I
did a fix for this but I guess it doesn't come up on Search. Using
these .esps will move the 'House of Spears' store and the 'Suran
Underworld' abandoned house to new locations outside of town.
Here is a screenshot of both buildings (they're the two in
the foreground):

Do you use the
reworked suran underworld with the original or is it stand alone?

They are both
the exact same mods as they've always been, only the building
locations have been changed. Either use this or use the original -
do not use both at the same time.

My oh my, that
is a popular spot, isn't it? People requested I kept the archer
tradehouse in the original spot, so I stuck it there. Thanks to
Pseron Wyrd though it seems things are more under control.

House of
Spears will work with the Archery shop. The front door is just a
little...or very...odd.
